Feeding Matters supports research for medical professionals, raises awareness, advocates for change and provides assistance to families facing feeding challenges in silence.
I’m proud to support Feeding Matters, a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness and providing resources for Pediatric Feeding Disorders (PFD) and Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID).
PFD encompasses a range of difficulties children face when it comes to eating, which can impact their growth, development and quality of life. ARFID, a type of PFD, is characterized by extreme food avoidance and restrictive eating patterns, often driven by sensory sensitivities, fear or past traumatic experiences with food. These disorders are often misunderstood, making early diagnosis and intervention crucial for improving children’s health and well-being.

I donate to Feeding Matters and fundraise annually because I believe in their mission to create a world where every child has access to the care they need to thrive. They are at the forefront of advocating for children with feeding challenges and providing families with the support and knowledge necessary to navigate these complex issues.
Your contribution can help make a difference for countless children and families dealing with PFD and ARFID. Thank you for your support.
