As many of you know, I am a speech-language pathologist. During my 12 year as a SLP, I have worked with critically ill and medically fragile infants, children, and adolescents who have swallowing and/or feeding difficulties. Having a pediatric feeding disorder is life changing, not only for the child, but also for the parents, caregivers, siblings, and friends.
