Feeding Matters is an organization I am passionate about. In my years of working for the organization, I have heard countless stories of families desperate to feed their children and unable to easily do so, for a variety of reasons. No family should suffer this way, and Feeding Matters is leading the charge to make a better world for these children with pediatric feeding disorder.

My daughter Sophie is my personal connection to PFD. At 6 months old, Sophie was diagnosed with IgE-mediated allergies and FPIES, a condition that causes vomiting several hours after eating a trigger food. I have used Feeding Matters programs to help me advocate for Sophie and help us find the best care for her. I am forever grateful for the early intervention Sophie received, because of the education I had from my time working at Feeding Matters.
